Terms of delivery

Delivery service is free in FestivDecor. Here below is our delivery process:

1. FestivDecor receives the order.
2. FestivDecor will process and dispatch the order within 3 days.
3. Once product is dispatched, FestivDecor will update the order with a tracking number. Email notification will be sent to customers.
4. Delivery Timeline is normally as follows:
   • Japan: 5-7 days from dispatch
   • Hong Kong: 5-7 days from dispatch
   • Singapore: 5-10 days from dispatch
   • Taiwan: 5-10 days from dispatch
