Refund and Exchange Policy

1. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return the new and unused products together with the original packaging and invoice within 7 days after the goods collection.
2. We cannot accept exchange or return of previously assembled, open packaging or damaged items, discounted display items.
3. We will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with the invoice.
4. Warranty services will be provided to ensure the products are fully functional within the warranty period.
5. FestivDecor reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein.
